Andy specialises in workshops with young offenders and Christian ministers - not at the same time, of course. He sees comedy as a way of dealing with suffering, and a means by which people can develop a real sense of self-worth and value.
Andy's workshops were given national recognition on BBC1, and a documentary about the work he does is currently in production. The secret behind Andy's success as a tutor lies in his deep-rooted belief that he is there for the benefit of the tutees, not the other way around. Andy takes delight in working with a broad range of people, and brings a joy and enthusiasm to any course.
Andy also works as a performance consultant for people in Christian ministry. The aim is to add additional skills and fresh ideas to what is already there. The process involves Andy coming to watch you speak, followed by extensive feedback and tips.
